ElysiumGreat news! South African born director Neill Blomkamp is bringing out another Science Fiction film this year. Blomkamp gained fame as the director of the 2009 film District 9 (which was set in Johannesburg, South Africa).

Neill Blomkamp was born in 1979 in Johannesburg. He moved to Canada with his family when he was 18 years old where he enrolled in the Vancouver Film School.
