- Helshoogte Pass

The route encompasses 50 kilometres of dirt road which leads you past the renowned Owl House Museum. Situated in the Eastern Cape, the route offers cyclists a relaxing ride over relatively flat terrain. Along the way you can explore the historical town of Nieu Bethesda as well as the surrounding untouched grassland. The Owl Route can easily be cycled in a day. Craft stores, restaurants and farm stores add to the appeal of this route.
- Midlands Meander
The Midlands Meander is situated in Kwa-Zulu Natal. This popular route takes cyclists through the tranquil countryside of the Midlands. Highlights of this route are the spectacular Howick Falls as well as Kamberg Nature Reserve. Towns along this route include Mooi River and Rosetta. The Midlands Meander usually has pleasant weather for cycling all year round.
- Little Karoo Mountain Passes
Located in the Little Karoo this route will take your breath away with its majestic mountain ranges. Highlights along the way include the Swartberg Mountains, Little Karoo and Montagu. In Montagu you can see excellent specimens of Cape Dutch architecture. The Little Karoo is a great place to visit any time of the year.
- Table Mountain
Table Mountain offers numerous outstanding cycling routes. Situated in Cape Town the routes are conveniently located near the city. Starting near the Cableway station there are different routes that you can choose to cycle. The Rollercoaster route will take you past a quarry and the 1796 blockhouse. Tafelberg Road is a less challenging route which has stunning views of the city. There is no fee to use the Table Mountain cycling paths.
