LMGTFY

Okay, so another oldie and not really an Easter Egg, this is probably one of the best functions Google has ever come up with. If you are always asked stupid questions that a simple Google search can answer, this is what to do. Go to http://lmgtfy.com/ and, in the provided search bar, type your question.

After selecting ‘Google Search’, you will be provided with a link. Copy that and send it on. Once the receiver opens the link, he or she will be taken to LMGTFY where the question is then typed into the search bar by Google, along with descriptive steps, and search results are given, effectively teaching the receiver to use Google.

Google Image Search

If you are looking to kill some time in the office, this is one of the Google games you simply have to try out. Totally addictive, you can keep yourself busy with an Atari game by going to Google Images and doing a search on ‘atari breakout’.

The entire internet was on fire with the Harlem Shake and YouTube simply couldn’t let a golden opportunity like this pass. Okay, so go to your YouTube home page and type in ‘do the harlem shake’.

Aside from the hundreds of search results that pop up, an audio file will start playing in the background and your YouTube logo in the top left-hand corner will start to move from side to side. If you leave it for a couple of seconds longer, your search results will also do the Harlem Shake.

Use the force Luke

Even if you are not a Star Wars fan, this one of the YouTube Easter Eggs you will love. Type ‘use the force luke’ into your YouTube search bar. Once your search is complete, you will be able to move the text and images on your YouTube screen around with the simple swipe of your mouse.
