Cape Argus Pick n Pay Momentum Cycle Tour Mania

There are only 3-days to go until the Cape Argus Pick n Pay Momentum Cycle Tour and it seems all the entrants are getting ready for the world’s largest individually timed cycle race.

Here are some interesting facts about the race:

  • Approximately 35 000 cyclists take part every year
  • The race forms the last leg of the Giro del Capo, a multi-stage race for professional and leading registered riders
  • The race had been suspended twice before due to extreme weather conditions.

Participants will be able to register and collect their race packs from Thursday, 6 March 2014 to Saturday, 8 March 2014. For those not partaking in the Cycle Tour; R40 buys you an entry ticket if you are older than 12, while children younger than 12 enter for free.
