Events in the Western Cape – February 2011

Canal Walk Bridal Fair: This event will be held at Century City in Cape Town from the 25th of February to the 27th of February 2011. Happily engaged couples will have the opportunity to inspire their senses at the Canal Walk Bridal Fair, one of the Mother City’s most popular and prestigious bridal fairs. Darling Music Experience: This event will be held from the 25th to the 27th of February 2011 in Darling. The music on offer varies between classical and contemporary chamber music, popular choir works and Jazz. The DME Festival Chamber Orchestra, the Darling Festival Quartet, the Darling Festival Choir, the Westcoast Jazz and others will be performing. Venues for the concerts vary between Darlings lovely old Presbyterian Church, the modern Vereenigende Reformeerde Kerk, a picturesque wine estate and a factory turned music hall. There will be a Darling Music Experience Olympiad for the kids (which is a musical fun rally through Darling).
