Great news for film fans! The full Iron Man 3 Trailer was released yesterday! The film is one of the most anticipated ones of the year and is set for release on the 3rd of May in the United States. No South African release date has been announced yet.
In Iron Man 3 Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr) finds out what the answer is to the question that has haunted him secrectly: “Does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man?”. Iron Man also faces a very powerful enemy, Mandarin (Ben Kingsley) after he tries to find out who is trying to destroy his private world.
Iron Man 3 has a rumored budget of $200 million. This may seem excessive, but the film will probably earn more than double that figure at the box office. The 2008 Iron Man film earned over $585 million and the 2010 Iron Man film earned over $623 million. Iron Man 3’s budget is still significantly less than the 2009 James Cameron movie, Avatar (which had a budget of +/- $500 million).
I’m looking forward to Iron Man 3. I’m wondering what Tony Stark is going to say to Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow) and curious about the role that the very talented Aussie actor Guy Pearce is playing in the film. I just a feeling that Iron Man 3 is going to be a non-stop action movie.
Judging by the new Iron Man 3 trailer below, I don’t think fans are going to be disappointed.
