How to spot a deal on Junk Mail

Spotting a good deal is not as difficult as you might think!

Here are some tips on how to find those deals that help you save money as well as be safe:

  1. The Price: Do some “window shopping” before you buy, to get an idea of the average selling price. The cheapest may not always be the greatest deal.
  2. The Condition: The item with the better condition is likely to be the better deal even though it might be a bit more expensive.
  3. Intuition: If a deal seems to be too good to be true, it probably is. Listening to your intuition is the best way of determining if you should go ahead with the purchase or report the advert as a scam to Junk Mail.

We hope you can use these tips to make sure your Hunt for Good Deals is successful.

To get notified of ads placed on the Junk Mail website, you can set up either an Email or SMS alert.  Simply do a search in the region and category of your choice and click on the Email Alert link or scroll down to the bottom of the page and complete the SMS alert form.

Setting up alerts is the best way of getting notified of the latest ads first, and will help you spot and secure a great deal.
