iPad Air Review

iPad_AirIf you’re looking for an iPad for Sale, Junk Mail has compiled a detailed review of the new iPad Air for you to enjoy.

There are those that are calling the new iPad Air, released in December of last year, the best tablet on the market. When you add that, to the fact that the new Apple Tablet is being closely priced to the immediate rivals, most notably, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z, you have the makings of a truly great deal.

The Design

As it is with all Apple products, no money has been spared in the design of the new Tablet and it features one of the lightest and sleekest bodies of any tablet on the market. The machined buttons feel chunkier, more stable and less likely to break, as has been a problem with past models. The smooth Aluminium shell provides for a great feel and the balance of the tablet makes one-handed use extremely easy. The speakers provided at the bottom of the pad are of an extremely high quality and the screen, which feels slightly plastic when being used, has been designed in conjunction with the thin case, making it extremely user friendly.

The Software

The new iPad air comes with Apple’s brilliant A7 chip complete with their patented 64bit architecture which provides incredibly fast processing power. The battery can last well up to 10 hours, which makes it the market leader in its class. The screen, a 9.7 inch retina display offers over 3.7 million pixels, a million more than HDTV, for crystal clear resolution, making reading, browsing and playing games, incredibly enjoyable. The tablet also comes with Apple iOS 7 which offers features such as the Control Centre and AirDrop which allows for even smarter multitasking. Because the software was designed for the iPad, it not only looks brilliant, but it runs beautifully as well.

The Models

The new iPad Air comes in a variety of different models with the base model, the 16GB WiFi enabled tablet, starting at R5999 and the top-of-the-line model, the 128GB WiFi and Cellular enabled model being sold for around R11 499. All models come with a variety of standard apps that allow you to send email, browse the web and make video calls. You’ll also be able to edit photos and video, create documents and build presentations, making the new Apple Tablet, one of the most feature rich tablets on the market, not including over 475 000 apps that are available via the App Store.
