Junk Mail launched the A.R.K. (Act of Random Kindness) campaign a few weeks ago. 4 bins were set out for donations for charities at the company head office in Pretoria.
1 bin was set out for old clothing, 1 for children’s / baby stuff, 1 for pet care and 1 for non-perishable foods. Junk Mail employees were asked to donate items.
This week Junk Mail representatives, Frieda, Michelle and Antwanette went to drop of the collected clothing, canned foods and toys to Funanani’s distribution centre & the SPCA in Centurion.
The feeling of doing something great through a small action was most rewarding for them.
Those little faces and puppy dog breaths did not leave any dry eyes in the house.
