Junk Mail FIFA World Cup Building Displays

In the past few months the Junk Mail team has been providing information about the 2010 FIFA World Cup on the Junk Mail blog. However, some of you might be wondering “Is Junk Mail getting into the 2010 FIFA World Cup Spirit?” Well, this post should answer your question…

South African cities will be hosting FIFA Fan Fests during the 19th edition of the FIFA World Cup (which kicks off on the 11th of June at Soccer City in Johannesburg). The excitement has created a new spirit at Junk Mail. Our departments and branches started to challenge each other in who will do the best. A 2010 FIFA World Cup countdown clock was erected in front of the Junk Mail head office in Pretorius Street in Pretoria to inspire our employees and to inform and remind motorists passing our building.

Junk Mail Departments were encouraged to show their support by displaying Soccer Mania in and around our buildings, for the public to see that the Junk Mail Publishing Group supports the 2010 FIFA World Cup. This inspires us, unites us as a team, a company and a nation. This means the use of flags, soccer balls, etc for decoration purposes in our offices. Our staff has also been encouraged to wear their Soccer shirts to work on Fridays.

Junk Mail departments were encouraged to use their initiative and decorate in the spirit of the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Junk Mail departments are being judged weekly on their creativity and team spirit. Departments have also received certificates in recognition of the “Soccer Team Spirit”.

We are sure that many of our users are getting excited about the upcoming 2010 FIFA World Cup.
