To make it an easy and relaxed experience, we’re giving you the best recipe for hot chocolate and telling you where to buy your DVDs! Yes, not rent, buy and at a fraction of the cost to boot.

Let’s start with the perfect cup of hot chocolate:Movie-Night

What you need:

3 ½ cups sugar

2 ¼ cups cocoa

1 tablespoon salt

Full cream milk for serving

How to make it:

In a large bowl, mix sugar, cocoa and salt. Store the mixture in an airtight container and it will last all winter.

When you’re ready to make your soul-warmer, heat 1 cup of milk, add 2 teaspoons of the hot chocolate mix and stir to dissolve.

How to make the most delicious popcorn:

What you need:

Popcorn kernels

Any healthy cooking oil (canola or peanut)

Sea salt

Butter

Heavy bottomed pot

How to make it:

Add oil, salt and popcorn kernels to the pot. Place the pot on medium heat.

Give the pot a little shake to make sure all the kernels are covered in oil. Make sure the pot is covered.

Stay close! The kernels will start popping soon.

Once the popping has stopped, transfer the popcorn to a large bowl.

Melt the butter and pour over the popcorn while ‘shaking’ the bowl.
