Things to do in KwaZulu-Natal this holiday

The South Coast is known for its warm climates and endless beaches. That is what makes KwaZulu-Natal one of South Africa’s most popular domestic holiday destinations. This is why I am listing four things to do in KwaZulu-Natal this festive season.

Gateway Theatre of Shopping

If you are a mall junkie, then Gateway Theatre of Shopping is just the place for you.

This shopping centre has been described as one of the largest shopping centres in Africa and the largest in the southern hemisphere.

With fashion, fun, and a variety of entertainment to offer, this centre really caters for the upmarket shopper. Movie theatres, Nouveau cinemas, and a Barnyard Theatre will surely provide for enough family fun. There are also more than 350 stores that you can pay a visit to.

Make sure you get to the Gateway Theatre of Shopping for those rainy days.

This is one of the top entertainment destinations that Durban has to offer, providing fun for the whole family. uShaka has an underwater aquarium, a water park, retail outlets, and several food chains.

The uShaka Marine World is open every day from 9 am till 5 pm. The uShaka Wet ‘n Wild are open from Wednesdays to Sundays, 9am till 5 pm.
