How can I respond to an ad?

When you view the details of an ad, you are given the opportunity to reply to that ad on the ad details page. All you have to do is type in your name, email address, contact number and your short message to the advertiser. Your email will automatically be sent to the advertiser. You will be able to phone the seller too if they included a telephone number on their advertisement.

Can I email the ad to friend?

Definitely! If you look at the bottom of the ad, you will see a bar that includes a variety of share options, like Facebook, Google+ and E-mail.

This ad is a scam. How can I report it?

While safety is a top priority at Junk Mail, sometimes scams do make it onto the site. We rely on you to help keep Junk Mail free and safe. To report an ad as a scam, simply do the following:
■ Click on the red flag that is on the left bottom side of the ad text
■ Select “Report Scam”.
■ Our Customer Care Department will then take up the matter and act appropriately.

    Hello, I intend to buy a boat from a private person; what are the steps that should be followed?
    Note, I’m foreigner and intend to export it.
    A normal invoice made by the seller is enough for export purposes? must it be stamped by an authority?
