Tomorrow, 1 May is Workers Day and another public holiday!
Workers Day is celebrated in quite a few countries, like Angola, Bulgaria and China to name a few. The 1st of May is also significant in other countries and is known as May Day, usually the start of summer.
Workers day in South Africa celebrates the struggle by The Communist Party, labour movements and Trade Unions in the fight against apartheid.
