If you have placed ads on Junk Mail without being registered or logged in to your account, we have good news! You can ‘associate’ those ads to your new or existing account.
In order to help make it possible to associate your previously placed ads, we have done a match of your previous ads against your user credentials. Any matches we find, we allow you to associate with your account, where you will be able to manage them.
Here are the steps to associate your ads to your account:
1. Login or register an account on Junk Mail.
2. Click on the ‘My Ads’ tab in your account.
3. If there are ads that can be associated to your account, you will be notified. Follow the screen prompt “Click here to view the ads”.
4. You will see a list of ads that you’ve placed that you can associate with your account. Select the ones you want to associate, then click on ‘Associate’.
5. You have now succesfully associated your ads. Click on the ‘My Ads’ tab again where you can manage and edit these ads.
I want to remove an ad that I placed before i registered on the site. It does not list under associate my ads.

I created an account. Went to “My Ads” and there is no button “Associate Ads”

Our new user account associates the ads to your account manually. Please let me know with which email address you placed the ads so that I can associate them for you (email address and telephone number). Send the details to socialmedia@junkmail.co.za
