Apple’s revolutionary system, CarPlay, that brings the functionality of your iPhone into your car, is now available on Ferrari.
CarPlay “takes the things you want to do with your iPhone while driving, and puts them right into your car’s built-in display”, including getting directions, making calls, sending and receiving messages and listening to music. Read more about CarPlay here.
Ferrari has very recently reported that their first vehicle fitted with CarPlay has been shipped to an Italian client, and more FF vehicles are being equipped with the “innovative, integrated Apple technology” as we speak, going to clients across the world. In Europe, these cars are going to Germany, Great Britain, France and Switzerland, whilst others are off to the United States.
